Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.
Also contained in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing distinct areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
